Greg Stenstrom joins Alex Jones live to lay out his dossier, “The Council: Who is Running The United States?”
The Inspector General Act of 1978 formed the basis for what we now call The Council (known to most federal employees as "the CIGIE", i.e. Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency), which has morphed into the major power center of the Deep State. This video names the major players and describes how they keep tight control of their power and government officials.
A summary, from the Intelligencer website:
Virtually all people and things that emanate from “The Council” serve them, and all investigations that implicate them, or anyone under their protection, is mitigated or dropped.
Anyone who challenges or interferes with “The Council” is referred for investigation, indicted, prosecuted, and destroyed.
