Because of the large number of waterways, travel by boat is by far the easiest way to get to most points on the Watercrest server, and some points in Riddleridge. Riddleridge also has Mile High Road, a 10.5 kilometer road that runs from Riddleridge to Bridgeport, across Dee's Ditch, past Mile High Mountain and through a number of other areas to eventually end up at Fort Lordaeron.

The best travel throughout Riverland depends on your destination. There are some major roads that make inland travel by mounts desirable, but port settlements can generally be accessed easier by boat, assuming a reasonably good wind. See also: Water Navigation

Horses are relatively fast on these servers, especially if you own one bred with good traits. Followers of Vynora have a strong advantage when piloting a boat.
