Growing Coffee

You grow coffee in a special planter designed specifically for this purpose. Coffee needs water to get through each stage of growth, so be sure to water them periodically. They can be watered once every Wurm day (3 real hours).

When ripe, you can harvest the beans. The quality of the harvest depends solely on the farming skill of the player picking the beans.

When you harvest coffee beans, the plant is destroyed; so reserve one of your beans to replant.

Watering Your Plants

The following table shows how many waterings are required for each stage of growth until ripe:

When you attempt to water but the plant is not yet ready, you will see the following messages, depending on how much time remains before it can be tended: (These are relative to the configured tendingDuration, which for our server is 3 real hours or 1 Wurm day.)
