Brewing Coffee

The perfect cup of coffee starts with quality beans. There are three main steps to creating the brew:

Grind the Coffee Beans
The quality of your coffee grounds is dependent on the bean quality, your grindstone quality, and your milling skill.
Create a Coffee Mix

You must mix the ground coffee with water to prepare for brewing. Use 1 kg water for each .1 kg of ground coffee. This will produce 1.1 kg of coffee mix, so be sure to mix it in a container (such as a pottery jar) that will hold that quantity, otherwise you will lose some.

The coffee mix quality will be limited by the quality of the the grounds. Your beverage skill will determine how often you reach that limit.
Brew in a Still

Coffee is brewed in the boiler of a still. Try to get the highest quality coffee mix you can to make the best coffee. Depending on your beverage skill and the quality of the still, you will probably obtain coffee quality that is somewhat higher than that of the coffee mix, but probably not higher than your beverage skill.
