Rare Accomplishment in the NVICP: Family Proves Vaccines Caused Infant Death

After a more than 10 year battle with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, the parents of an 11-week-old daughter whose death was determined to be caused by a vaccine injury (and not the "unexplained natural cause" argued by the government) were awarded $300,000.

The battle may still not be over however, as the government can still appeal the ruling.
