We offer a wide variety of paints and dyes to customize your buildings and items. We can also usually mix up whatever color you desire, but keep in mind that wooden products tend to dry darker than many fabrics.
The showroom contains 3 items with each color applied: A sign1, a pottery bowl, and a cloth hood2.
Our white dye is not suitable for use on wood or fabrics, but is useful for brightening light sources.
Special Orders
Special order paint colors (which require special formulation and expertise not not available locally) are marked in the showroom with (special) on the sign, and are a bit more expensive. They can also be identified by the color code, as they will contain either a 1 or a 255 as one of the values.
Pricing
Merchant Vanessa has a 2 kg container of most of the 36 colors displayed on our showroom floor for sale. Prices are 1 copper each, or for a special order items, 1 copper 70 iron. Those prices include the paint inside a sealed pottery jar painted with that color.
Bulk Orders
You can contract with Brian for larger quantities. In general, prices are 35 iron per kg, or 70 iron per kg for the special order paints (which need special handling by a GM to prepare) plus the cost of the container. Sometimes, Vanessa will offer a barrel of paint at a special price for clearance, and also suitable for use by artists creating multiple paintings with no specific color requirements.
Our showroom:
