Your best resource for general Wurm information is Wurmpedia, which has detailed information about most every aspect of the game.

General Server Questions

Ask in the GL-Freedom chat, and most anyone online will be happy to answer questions about the server, especially if they're part of the support staff. This chat encompasses all the servers, so even though you don't see anyone online for your server, people may still be around to help. Use the chat command /who to see if other people are online.

You can also send an email to Brian@BSuttonDC.us, though it may take a couple of days to receive a response.

Emergency Contact

If there appears to be a server issue that is preventing game play, you can send a text to BSuttonDC@vtext.com for the fastest response. Please include your player's name and a brief summary of the issue.

Note that the server is down briefly for backups each Tuesday morning just after midnight. Also, the hosting service restarts all servers at 6 am (server time) on the first and third Monday of each month.
