URL Versioning

Browsers will typically cache stylesheets and favicon images for a longer period of time than the pages themselves. If your stylesheets and/or favicon are likely to change much (especially when first deploying your website), it is recommended that you enable this setting. This adds a version stamp to the reference, forcing the browser to verify that the correct version is actually being displayed to the user.
