Food and Nutrition
"You are what you eat."Originally, this and similar sayings were more of a comment on your physical, emotional, and mental states of health resulting from the quality of foodstuffs you use to fuel your body. But now with persistent toxins, mRNA contamination, and forever chemicals that all affix themselves permanently to your constitution, the term is becoming more of a literal observation.
Food has always been a major consideration when it comes to disease pathology and maintaining health, but in the past it revolved around ensuring that your diet was varied enough to provide the resources needed for your body to grow and maintain itself. Toxicity was more of a rare event that could usually be avoided by taking reasonable precautions.
Not so in these modern times. It is becoming a real chore to find foods that haven't been contaminated with novel chemicals that our physiology is not equipped to handle. The result is that for all of our advances in health, sanitation, food storage and transportation, we are becoming more chronically ill overall.
