Lobby
The lobby features a large open area where you can check in or speak to the concierge to help plan your stay. There is a small lounging area near the water fountain where you can relax while considering your next activity.
From the reception desk, you can see the Grand Stairway which leads up to the guest rooms, and behind that the hotel gift shop, where you can obtain a number of resort-themed souvenirs.
The gift shop has many items available for purchase. Just speak to Ginny, and she'll be happy to help you find some great momentos of your trip.
You will ascend the Grand Staircase two levels to reach your room on the third floor. Note that the second floor is reserved for staff and maintenance personnel, and unfortunately is off limits to guests. Note that this is a pet-friendly facility.
