Foods With Alpha-Gal
An incomplete list of foods that contain alpha-gal in sufficient quantities to cause a reaction:

- Beef
- Pork
- Lamb
- Venison
- Rabbit
- Milk or products containing milk
- Some gelatins
- Lard, Tallow, or Suet
- Beef broth, bouillon, or gravy
Foods that do NOT contain alpha-gal:
- Poultry
- Eggs
- Fish and Seafood
- Fruits and Vegetables
