This is an extremely well thought-out and referenced investigation of the COVID-19 disease, treatments, vaccines, and related social issues. The author goes into deep detail of how the virus attacks the body, the body's immune response, and how the officially-sanctioned treatments are needlessly killing a huge number of people.
Some of the detail will make non-medical people's head spin, but much of it is understandable to anyone.
