This is a website that is a simplified search engine for COVID-related reports to the government's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. You can select your area of interest and see the details that have been reported by patients and their doctors.
Keep in mind that only about 1 percent of adverse reactions are thought to be reported to this system, and there is also great pressure to not make reports. I'm actually surprised that the system is still in place.
